We’re in the market for a new desktop computer. Windows operating system, please. After searching online last night we thought we’d venture to our local Best Buy to see the computers in person. We wandered around for about 30 minutes with no help in sight when I remembered a story from webinar I watched a few weeks ago: a passenger on a Virgin Atlantic airplane tweeted that he never got his meal. Virgin’s customer service people received the tweet, the message got up to the plane and the passenger got his meal! So…in the middle of Best Buy’s computer department, I  got out my phone and Tweeted: “Can’t find help to save my life at the Best Buy in Coralville.” Ten minutes later a store manager was asking if we needed any help. Concidence? Or social media getting results?
