While going through my box of crafting notions (because I knew I had some tailor’s chalk but couldn’t find it if my life depended on it) with Audrey I came across several skeins of embroidery floss. I told her about the “friendship bracelets” I used to make with her Auntie Andrea and how we wore them all the time. She wanted to know what they looked like and I, being the purger that I am, had nothing to show. Cue more internet research! I found an awesome site with a gajillion patterns. Of course Audrey picked out a super complicated one. I  used the colors Audrey picked, struggled through it and had to start over 3 times but at the end of the day it was finished – luckily I remembered to pin the bracelet to my jeans so I could work on it whenever I had a free minute!
