I found this recipe in the April issue of Cooking Light and thought I’d give it one more shot. Good news: I believe the no-so-good-salmon streak may have ended. Served with butter & herb Rice-A-Roni (I don’t have THAT much time on my hands) and steamed asparagus. Mmm, mmm, good! Chili probably would’ve been a better dinner for watching the April snow fall but that’s for tomorrow night.
